ALBRESSA Travel & Tours Booking Conditions

•    Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•     Accommodations and airfare seats are subject to availability until paid.
•     Down payment to reserve the slots is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-rebookable.
•    Full payment should be made on or before the specified deadline. Otherwise, slot/s will be released automatically and down payment forfeited.
•     Any unused portion of the land arrangement is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-rebookable.
•     A guest who tests positive for COVID-19 will incur additional costs at the guest’s own expense.
•     Guests are responsible for their own personal choices while traveling, obtaining all required travel documents, visas & permits, and for complying with the laws, regulations, orders, demands, & travel requirements of countries of origin, destination, or transit.
•     ALBRESSA Travel and Tours will not be liable for any incidents that may occur during the trip because of guest’s personal choices, negligence in acquiring required travel documents, visas & permits, and for non-compliance with the laws, regulations, orders, demands, & travel requirements of countries of origin, destination, or transit.
•     Unused services (e.g. when a guest suddenly falls ill or is offloaded by Immigration Officers) are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-rebookable.
•     In the event of sudden adjustment with the flight schedule made by the airline, the clients are expected to follow the new set schedule. No free arrangements & rebooking will be made, no refund shall be given, and no remuneration or payment of any type shall be given by ALBRESSA Travel and Tours.
•     For guests who cannot pass the immigration process in any international airport, the ALBRESSA Travel and Tours package cost is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-rebookable. No refund will be extended for any unused services or refused entry due to unvaccinated status, no show, or offloading. Not showing up on booked dates will render our services forfeited.
•     In case of Force Majeure (eg. Emergencies, Accidents, Storms, Rallies, Typhoons, etc.), fortuitous events, delayed/canceled flights, client’s error, client’s health condition, or all other causes beyond our control, ALBRESSA Travel and Tours will not be liable for arrangements, surcharges/penalties imposed by the airline, hotel/resort and other suppliers.
•     Kindly ensure that for international destinations, you should possess a valid passport with at least six (6) months validity from the last day of travel. It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to comply with differing passport validity/rules per country.
•     ALBRESSA Travel and Tours cannot be held liable nor responsible if the passenger is not allowed to travel due to an expired or expiring passport or if the passenger fails to present proper travel documents and the applicable valid visas. 
•    It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to follow all laws and regulations in obtaining all necessary visas, travel authorizations, travel permits, travel documents, travel clearances, and all types of documents needed and required by the Immigration, the Customs, and the airline.
•    Once we receive the reservation fee, your documents, and/or personal information, you agree to ALBRESSA Travel and Tours’ terms & conditions and be bound by The Data Privacy Act Of 2012: Republic Act 10173.

Tour Arrangements

•     Tours & Transfers timing mentioned in the itinerary is tentative, the driver will advise the exact timing upon arrival.
The itinerary may change due to local weather conditions or any other unavoidable circumstances.
•     All the itinerary timings are pre-arranged by ALBRESSA Travel and Tours before arrival.
•     Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking.
•     No amendments of itinerary timings are allowed after the day of arrival.
•     For any last-minute amendment after the day of arrival, guests are to arrange directly with the assigned driver.
•     All transfers are based on a point-to-point basis. Any additional pickup/drop off points are subject to additional charges.
•     Be sure to take your personal belongings with you when you get off the van/bus and also during touring. ALBRESSA Travel and 
•     Tours will not take any responsibility for any loss.
•     All travelers are obliged to follow the given itinerary and must return on the date specified on the tickets. In the event that a passenger will not return as scheduled, a fee will be charged and will be reported to the Bureau of Immigration. This is to protect our travel partners.
•     Guests should be in the lobby 10 mins before pick-up time for the tour/departure to airport transfer pick up. ALBRESSA Travel and Tours will not be held liable if guests fail to get seats in the coach arrangement resulting in an unnecessary incident.

Visa Related Services

•     All Service Fees, including assessment fees are non-refundable regardless of the Cancellation, Granting, Withdrawal, Termination, and Denial of Applications.
•     The Embassy does not give explanations for the Cancellation, Granting, Withdrawal, Termination, and Denial of Applications.
•     The Embassy does not return any documents submitted by the applicant/ALBRESSA Travel and Tours except for the passports.
•     ALBRESSA Travel and Tours is not liable for any damages including loss of passports and/or documents during shipment.
•     Regular processing time will be followed unless extended by the embassy.
•     Visa approval is at the discretion of the visa officers. Hence, there is no guarantee of 100% approval
•     Visa submission is within 4 working days after the complete documents have been received and there are no additional requirements needed. Submit the application at least 2 months prior to the travel date as there are times when the visa officer requests for additional documents.
•     For a denied application, you can reapply after 6 months.
•     Please complete the required visa requirements on or before the deadline of submission. ALBRESSA Travel and Tours will not be liable for any application submitted beyond the target date, for any delayed processing, or non-issuance of visa
•     Processing days of a visa application is subject to the embassy consul’s discretion. ALBRESSA Travel and Tours will not be accountable for sudden changes but will inform the client of the new time-line.
•     The embassy may still request for additional documents which is beyond ALBRESSA Travel and Tours’ control. Submission of new documents must be done immediately. ALBRESSA Travel and Tours will not be liable for any late submission that may cause delay in the results of the application.
•ALBRESSA Travel and Tours will not provide visa status over the phone or online and does not have the capability to provide reasons for denial as this is the discretion of the visa officer.
