How to fill out the online Singapore (SG) Arrival Card and electronic Health Declaration form
One of the most important things to remember to have when going to Singapore aside from having a round-trip plane ticket, money, accommodations, and your VaxCert or BOQ yellow card, is to fill out the online SG Arrival Card 3 days upon your arrival in Singapore (3 days maximum which is 2 calendar days before arrival to a minimum of the day you’re arriving — which may be cutting it too close. EG. October 8, 9, and 10 if you arrive on October 10)
Be careful when searching for it online. Some web pages will scam you into paying for one when it is actually FREE. Just go to https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard and you’re off to a good start!
1. Click on the tab for FOREIGN VISITORS
2. After which you would click the tab for INDIVIDUAL SUBMISSION
3. After which you would be prompted to input your PERSONAL INFORMATION.
4. Click CONFIRM to continue after verifying the information that you typed in.
5. Input your TRIP INFORMATION (mode of travel, flight and accommodation details– refer to your confirmed travel vouchers or your travel agent for this), other names used to enter Singapore if any, and health details (you will upload your VaxCert or a photo of your yellow card here – which you would also need to return to the Philippines. So, please have a digital copy available).
6. Once you have uploaded your VaxCert or yellow card, a prompt will show that YOU MAY PROCEED WITH YOUR SUBMISSION
7. You may now PREVIEW your form for submission and click SUBMIT if everything is in order after ticking the small box that signifies that you have read and agreed to the declaration.
8. Enter the security verification code exactly as shown and click SUBMIT.
9. An email containing your SG Arrival Card will be sent your elected email after submission. You may also take a screenshot of this page to save on your device to show the SG Immigration if they ask for it. Or you may download it directly by clicking the tab on the lower right side that says PDF DOWNLOAD to save it in your file folder so you can have a softcopy handy during your trip. Save the trees, no need to print!
